01.
How do you set a project's timeline?
We set the timeline once we understand the size of the project, what needs to be built and which stages are involved. Before we start, we organize the whole process and present a clear schedule with the main deliverables and expected dates for each phase.
02.
Can Wama handle just one stage?
We can work on the project from start to finish or join for a single, specific stage. It all depends on what your company needs at that moment. We can cover everything from strategy and design to development, launch, support for creative teams and product evolution.
03.
Who will work on my project?
Each project gets the right professional for the type of work and the company's needs. You'll work with a team that follows the project throughout the whole process, so you never feel passed from person to person at each new stage.
04.
Do I need to arrive with a fully structured project?
No. You can come with just an idea, a problem you need to solve or even a product that is still being planned. Part of our role is to help organize that information and turn loose ends into a clear, workable project.
05.
How does project pricing work?
First we work to understand what needs to be done, the project's goals and the level of work involved. From there, we put together a proposal with scope, stages, timeline and investment, so you know exactly what you're hiring before we start.
06.
Does Wama offer support after launch?
Yes. A project doesn't have to end the moment it goes live. We can keep supporting the product, making improvements, creating new pages or features and helping your company evolve the experience as new needs come up after launch.
07.
Do you work with products that are already live?
Yes. You don't need to start a project from scratch to work with Wama. We can step into products already on the market to improve the design, reorganize the experience, fix problems, build new features or modernize a solution that has fallen behind.
08.
Can a project be delivered on a tight timeline?
In some cases, yes. First we need to understand the size of the project and what has to be delivered to judge whether the timeline is realistic. When there's urgency, we organize priorities and find the best path without compromising the quality of the work.
09.
How does communication work during the project?
We stay in close contact throughout the project, especially at presentation, approval and decision points. The goal is for you to follow what's being built, understand each stage and take part in the key decisions without having to manage our work day to day.
10.
Do I keep the files and code after delivery?
Yes. Once the work is complete, and according to what was agreed for the project, we organize the handover of files, access and materials related to the work. Our goal is for your company to have control over what was built and not be tied to Wama to keep evolving it.
