Apps people can use without a manual

Flow mapping
We understand the real journey before designing the first screen.
Clickable prototype
You test the app on your phone before any code exists.
Interface design
Screens that follow iOS and Android standards, with no hacks.
App design system
Components and tokens that keep things consistent as it grows.
Development
Building the app, integrated with the systems you already use.
Notifications and analytics
Events, push and metrics set up from the first version.
App store launch
We handle the store listings, the images and the app review process.
Handoff with documentation
Code, access and documentation so the team can carry on alone.
COMPARISON
What changes when design and code talk from the start
We've designed apps for KFC Brasil, Gogame, Youmentor, Kpass and Biz, among other products that need to work every day.
WHO IT'S FOR
Wama vs. handing the design to a dev shop
Design and code come from the same team, so nobody throws the blame over the wall.
Wama
Design at one company, code at another
Prototype tested on a phone
Approval based on static images
One direction from flow to store
Two schedules and no one owning the result
Design system from the start
Every new screen reopens the same discussion
Guided app store launch
Review rejections come as a surprise
Code and access handed over
You're locked in to whoever built it
Discovery
We map the audience, the journey and the features that need to exist in the first version. Whatever doesn't make the cut is documented for later.
Prototype
We design the screens and build a clickable prototype on your phone. This is where most problems show up, while they're still cheap to fix.
Build
Development in short cycles, with test builds installed on your device so you can watch the product grow.
Launch
We prepare the listings, images and policies, submit to the stores and follow the review until the app is available.

01.
How much does it cost to develop an app?
It depends on the number of screens, the integrations and how much the app needs to work offline. App projects usually start above US$10,000, with the price set after scoping.
02.
How long does it take?
A lean first version takes three to five months, including app store review time. Features like in-app payments and offline mode extend the timeline.
03.
Do you build for iOS and Android?
Yes, and on most projects we deliver both from the same codebase, which lowers cost and keeps the two versions in sync.
04.
Do you publish to the app stores for me?
We do. We prepare the listing, screenshots and policies, submit and follow the review. The developer accounts stay in your company's name.
05.
Can it integrate with the system we already have?
Yes. Most of the apps we build connect to the client's ERP, CRM or in-house API. We map these integrations during discovery.
06.
Do I need an app, or will a website do?
Not every problem needs an app. If people use it occasionally and it doesn't rely on device features, a well-built website usually costs less and converts better. We tell you that before we sell you a project.
07.
What about maintenance?
iOS and Android ship new versions every year, and your app has to keep up. That can be a monthly retainer with us or a routine for your own team, using the documentation we hand over.
08.
Do you design before you code?
Always. A clickable prototype is approved before any code. Changing a screen in the design takes minutes; changing it after it's built takes days.
09.
Do I own the code?
Yes. The repository, access credentials and documentation are handed over at the end, so your team can evolve the product without depending on Wama.
10.
Do you do just the app design?
We do. Some clients already have an engineering team and hire us only for product and interface. In that case we deliver screens, a design system and support during the build.
